論解第四、成熟方便中，「初發處者」，謂初發心人，於彼發心人處而成熟之，名成熟方便。

In the treatise's explanation of the fourth [topic], the means of maturation, 'the place of initial aspiration' means a person who has initially generated the thought [of awakening]; maturing them in the place of that person who has generated the thought is called the means of maturation.
