11.61

論云「又聽法時，不自輕蔑。由此一相，其心遠離怯弱雜染」者，謂起練磨心，勿自輕蔑也。

Regarding the treatise's statement, "Furthermore, when listening to the Dharma, one does not despise oneself; due to this single characteristic, one's mind remains far removed from the defilement of timidity": this means generating a mind of refinement and training, not despising oneself.
