12.100

論云於此住中，「性戒具足，極少邪惡業道所攝諸惡犯戒尚不現行，況中、上品」，此明律儀戒成就。非但性戒，於遮戒中亦能防護，此但據性戒為論。

The treatise says that in this abode, 'natural moral discipline is complete, and even the slightest bad infractions subsumed under evil courses of karma do not arise, let alone middling or superior ones': this clarifies the achievement of the prātimokṣa morality. Not only natural moral discipline, but one can also guard against prescribed precepts; this is discussed merely on the basis of natural moral discipline.
