12.31

論云「又於趣入遍緣一切三摩地門，能為隨順教授教誡」等者，謂有三摩地，能遍緣一切，即一切種智所依定也，若有趣入者，隨順彼故，教授教誡，是此中意也。

The treatise says, "Furthermore, being able to provide instruction and admonition to accommodate entry into the door of samādhi that universally takes all as its object," and so forth: this means there is a samādhi that can universally take all as its object, which is the samādhi that serves as the basis for the wisdom of all modes (sarvākārajñatā); if anyone seeks to enter it, in order to accommodate them, one provides instruction and admonition. This is the meaning here.
