「又即於此，或時妄失」等者，此明念根。　「成熟菩薩苦遲通行」者，此明意根。　「於大菩提無猛利樂欲」者，此顯欲無減。　「熾然精進」者，此明勤根。　「無有甚深牢固清淨」者，是信根。

"Furthermore, with respect to this, sometimes erroneously forgetting," and so forth: this explains the faculty of mindfulness (smṛtīndriya). "For a matured bodhisattva, painful and sluggish progress": this explains the mental faculty (manindriya). "Lacking fierce and sharp aspiration for great bodhi": this reveals that desire does not diminish. "Blazing vigor": this explains the faculty of vigor (vīryendriya). "Lacking profound, solid, and clear faith": this is the faculty of faith (śraddhendriya).
