15.86

論云「大悲，非根所攝，是無嗔、無癡所攝」者，故知無癡別有體性。「六根證永斷習氣」者，謂信等五、具知根。

The treatise says: 'Great compassion is not subsumed by faculties; it is subsumed by non-hatred and non-delusion': therefore we know that non-delusion has an independent essence. 'Six faculties realize the eternal severing of latencies (vāsanā)': namely, the five beginning with faith, and the faculty of full knowledge.
