論云「若麁段食，欲界五趣皆現可得。此於一分各別那落迦，非大那落迦」者，段食有麁細，麁者遍五趣，如此文唯除大那落迦。大那落迦中亦有細段食，如〈本地〉第五云：於地獄中，有微細段食，謂微細風。故段食遍諸地獄也。太師解。

The treatise says, "Coarse morsel food is presently obtainable throughout the five destinies of the desire realm. This applies to a portion of the distinct narakas, not the great narakas": morsel food has coarse and subtle aspects; the coarse pervades the five destinies, and as this text states, it excludes only the great narakas. In the great narakas there is also subtle morsel food, as the fifth fascicle of the *Maulī Bhūmi* states: in the hells there is subtle morsel food, namely a subtle wind. Therefore morsel food pervades all hells. Explained by the Great Master.
