2.30

作意，謂心迴轉。觸，三和等，皆如《唯識》第三卷初。迴轉者，起動義。彼云應非遍行，非為切理。

Attention means the turning of the mind. Contact (sparśa) is the coming together of the three, etc., all as in the beginning of fascicle 3 of the Weishi. "Turning" means initiating movement. That [other treatise's] statement that it should not be omnipresent is not an accurate principle.
