增四中，「唯言假色，不說實」者，律不律儀等，諸宗通色，今說為假，略不說實。

In the progressive enumeration of four, "only speaking of nominal matter and not of real matter": monastic precepts, non-restraint, and the like are generally regarded as matter by various schools; here they are explained as nominal, and real [matter] is omitted and not mentioned.
