欲邪行中，「所不應行」者，謂他三攝，及一切男及不男。設非道等者，設是自妻，亦成業道；設是自妻許可而未得，亦成業道，他攝護收。

Regarding sexual misconduct, 'that which should not be engaged in' refers to what is protected by another under the three kinds [of protection], as well as all males and non-males. 'Even non-passages, etc.': even if it is one's own wife, it also constitutes a course of action; even if she is one's own wife by permission but has not yet been acquired, it also constitutes a course of action, being subsumed under what is protected by another.
