「於學無學僧所」者，《對法論》說佛為上首僧，謂對佛前諸所有僧，或是佛弟子凡聖學無學僧，名佛上首僧。此言僧故，非是別人。

'Toward the Saṅgha of those in training and beyond training': The *Abhidharmasamuccaya* states that the Buddha is the leader of the Saṅgha, meaning that all the Saṅgha before the Buddha, or the disciples of the Buddha—whether ordinary or noble, in training or beyond training—are termed the Saṅgha with the Buddha as leader. Because it says 'Saṅgha' here, it is not an individual person.
