「或於生處次第現前，或後種子隨逐」等者，有色界生，次第現前；無色界生，色種隨逐。

Regarding 'either sequentially appearing manifest in the place of birth, or with subsequent seeds following along' and so on: rebirth in realms with form sequentially appears manifest; for rebirth in the formless realm, the seeds of form follow along.
