地第四段，釋第五義諸經宗要。眾雜事中有二：上釋宗要，下釋雜義。文分為二：初十一復次別引經釋、後以四正法攝持聖教。

The fourth section of the bhūmi explains the fifth topic: the essential tenets of the sūtras. In the miscellaneous matters there are two parts: the first explains the essential tenets, and the second explains miscellaneous meanings. The text is divided into two: first, eleven distinct occurrences individually cite sūtras and explain them; second, the sacred teachings are maintained through the four correct Dharmas.
