6.75

「四者、輕等動性」者，謂風能造與所造輕相似，故名輕等。由風性動故，名輕等動性。又有諸部立作意數以為動性，今言與輕相似，風性能動，非作意也。

"Fourth is the mobile nature similar to lightness": The wind element's creating and created [aspects] resemble lightness, and hence it is called "similar to lightness." Because the nature of wind is mobility, it is called "the mobile nature similar to lightness." Furthermore, various schools posit the mental factor of manaskāra as mobility; here it is said to resemble lightness because the nature of wind is mobile, not manaskāra.
