7.100

略義中，「長時染污」者，即前際叵知。　「無作者性」，心自體展轉及因展轉義。此亦解遠行。　「於現在世，性是剎那」，貪瞋等轉易，不畢竟轉故。　「自性清淨」，染污之體不成實故。此解無身，然闕獨行。　「於未來世，有放逸故」，於後生有往來義，即寐於窟。　「由不放逸故清淨」，即聰慧者了知彼心。「住陸地」等，次下半頌。

In the summary of meaning: "long defilement" is precisely that its past limit is unknowable. "The nature of lacking an agent" refers to the meaning of the mind's own entity transiting and its causes transiting; this also explains "far-faring". "In the present time, its nature is momentary", because greed, anger, and so forth alter, and do not proceed definitively. "Intrinsic nature being pure", because an entity of defilement does not become real; this explains "without body", though it omits "walking alone". "In the future time, having heedlessness", having the meaning of coming and going in future births, is precisely "sleeping in a cave". "Being pure through non-heedlessness" is precisely the intelligent one comprehending that mind. "Dwelling on dry land" and so forth follows in the next half verse.
