第十段一頌有三：初依諸釋、次辨略義、後諸惡者。又初依三界在家出家、次辨略義、後依欲界在家惡者以釋本頌。　「不數學」者，不此數記括義。

The tenth section, one verse, has three parts: first, based on various explanations; next, distinguishing the summary meaning; finally, the evil ones. Alternatively, first, based on the lay and monastic of the three realms; next, distinguishing the summary meaning; finally, based on the lay evil ones of the desire realm, to explain the root verse. "Not counted among the learners" has the meaning of not being registered or included in this count.
