8.15

論曰「若生無暇，若有縱逸」者，生難處者是。依梵本，云生無暇處是。謂在此處，無暇能入道，如世言無暇作此事。

Where the treatise says, "Whether born in an inopportune situation, or being heedless": being born in a place of difficulty is what is meant. Relying on the Sanskrit text, it says being born in an inopportune place. That is, being in this place, one has no leisure to enter the path, just as the worldly say one has "no leisure" to do this thing.
