論云「達須、蔑戾車」，此云樂垢穢。「正至」即四果，可謂正行、正至也。

The treatise says, "*Dasyu*, *mleccha*"; here this is translated as "delighting in defilement and filth." "Rightly arrived" refers to the four fruits; it may be spoken of as right practice and right arrival.
