述曰：顯法在內，似外境現。此說所變似我、法相，雖在內識，而由六、七，或總八識虛妄分別之力，實非在外，似外境現，准前諸解。即依他起緣所生法，名似我、法二種相也。

The Commentary states: This reveals that phenomena reside internally, yet appear as resembling external objects. This states that although the transformed marks resembling self and dharmas reside within internal consciousness, due to the force of the false discrimination of the sixth and seventh, or all eight consciousnesses collectively, while actually not outside, they appear as resembling external objects, matching the preceding explanations. That is, the dependently arisen phenomena of paratantra-svabhāva are called the two kinds of marks resembling self and dharmas.
