述曰：此顯所執但隨妄情而施設彼為我、為法，故說所執，亦名為假，非彼體有可說我、法二種假言。無體隨情，無依於有，二假皆得，准前以釋。此顯世間假我、假法非必有體，方說為假，但隨妄情說為假故。

The Commentary states: This reveals that what is clung to is merely designated as self and as dharmas in accordance with delusional imagination; therefore, what is clung to is also called nominal, not because its substance exists such that the two kinds of nominal words "self" and "dharmas" can be spoken of it. Being without substance and following imagination, and the nonexistent depending upon the existent—both designations are admissible, explained according to what preceded. This reveals that the worldly nominal self and nominal dharmas do not necessarily possess a substance to be spoken of as nominal, but are spoken of as nominal merely following delusional imagination.
