述曰：此顯依他我、法名假，先顯其體實非我、法，內識所變，似我、似法，雖體依他緣起是有，而非是彼妄情所執實我、法性。此緣起法，無主宰故，無作用故。若爾，如何諸聖教等說為我、法？

The Commentary states: This reveals that the dependent self and dharmas are called nominal, first revealing that their substance is really not a self or dharmas. What is transformed by internal consciousness, which resembles a self and resembles dharmas, although its substance exists through dependent origination, is not the nature of a real self or real dharmas clung to by that delusional imagination. This is because these dependently arisen dharmas have no ruler and have no agent. If so, why are they spoken of in the sacred teachings as self and dharmas?
