述曰：此正解假，即顯聖教假我、假法，有體施設，義依於體，二假皆得，由似我、法能執，妄情有主宰用現，說此依他為假我、法。

The Commentary states: This properly explains "nominal": it reveals that the sacred teachings' nominal self and nominal dharmas are designations having a substance, and the meaning depends on the substance—both kinds of nominal are admissible. Because they appear resembling the self and dharmas that can be grasped, which delusional imagination takes to have a ruling agency, this dependent nature is spoken of as nominal self and dharmas.
