述曰：自下先敘心境有無，方言遮執，遍計所執心外實境，由隨妄情，施設為假，體實都無，非與依他內識相似。

The Commentary states: From here below, it first recounts the existence and nonexistence of mind and objects, and only then speaks of refuting clinging. Real objects external to the mind, which are imagined, are designated as nominal because they follow delusional imagination; their substance is entirely nonexistent, not similar to the internal consciousness of the dependent nature.
