述曰：既總非已，外人却徵所言非理之所以者，何者是也。下文有二：初破作、受；後難同、異。

The Commentary states: Having already made a general negation, the outsider now challenges back: what is the reason why it is said to be unreasonable? The text below has two parts: first, refuting agency and experiencing; later, challenging identity and difference.
