述曰：此以卷、舒，難非常住。量云：汝所執我，應非常住；許卷、舒故；如橐籥風。橐謂囊橐，排袋之類，以內含風，起作用故。籥謂管籥、簫笛之屬，以內有風，起聲等故。此二中風，既隨囊、管，有其大、小、卷、舒之事，而非常住，我亦應然。

The Commentary states: This uses contracting and expanding to challenge that it is not permanent. The inference is: The self posited by you should be impermanent; because you admit contracting and expanding; like the wind in a bellows or flute. A bellows refers to a leather bag or blower of that kind, which functions because it contains wind within. A flute refers to a pipe, vertical flute, or transverse flute of that sort, which produces sound and so forth because it contains wind within. Since the wind within these two varies in size, contracting and expanding in accordance with the bag or pipe, and is impermanent, the self should also be likewise.
