述曰：破我體即蘊我，應非我相。量云：我應非常；以即蘊故；猶如蘊性。彼宗所計我體即蘊，然體仍常，故為此破。破一比量亦准此知。

The Commentary states: Refuting the self whose substance is identical with the aggregates: it should not have the marks of a self. The inference is: The self should be impermanent; because it is identical with the aggregates; like the nature of the aggregates. That school posits that the substance of the self is identical with the aggregates, yet its substance is still permanent; therefore this refutation is made. The inference refuting its oneness should also be known by analogy with this.
