故此頌所舉唯識性，言顯是所證，而意歸敬能證彼人滿、分淨者。《辨中邊論》天親頌云：「稽首造此論，善逝體所生，及教我等師，當勤顯斯義。」唯敬二師。

Therefore, the words “nature of vijñapti-mātra” presented in this verse reveal that which is realized, while the intent is to take refuge in and pay homage to those persons capable of realizing it, those who are completely or partially pure. Vasubandhu's verse in the Madhyāntavibhāga-śāstra states: “Bowing my head to the creator of this treatise, / born from the body of the Sugata, / and to the master who instructed us, / I shall diligently reveal this meaning.” It pays homage solely to the two masters.
