述曰：親所緣也，不問即、離計為我者，影像必有故，無少法能取少法，唯有自心還取自心，故皆緣蘊。此上總辨我所依也。

The Commentary states: They are the directly apprehended object. Regardless of whether it is imputed as a self identical to or distinct from [the aggregates], because the mental image necessarily exists, no dharma can grasp another dharma; there is only one's own mind in turn grasping one's own mind, and therefore all condition the aggregates. The above has generally distinguished the basis of the self.
