述曰：自下第二解內心相對我有、無。內相依他緣生，故有；外境橫計故，定是無。

The Commentary states: Here below is the second, explaining the existence and nonexistence of the self relative to the internal mind's image. Because the internal mark arises dependently through conditions, it exists; because the external object is falsely imputed, it is definitely nonexistent.
