述曰：下破諸句體無常者。於中二破：一、難有質礙者；二、難無質礙者。此難有質。

The Commentary states: Below is the refutation of those whose substance is impermanent among the categories. In this there are two refutations: first, pressing on those with physical obstruction; second, pressing on those without physical obstruction. This presses on those with obstruction.
