The Commentary states: Just as the nature of existence is not a non-existent dharma, yet the nature of existence does not have a distinct nature of existence by which it exists, so substance and the rest are also not non-existent; why should they have a distinct existence? Formulating the inference: Your nature of existence should have a distinct nature of existence; because it is accepted as not non-existent; like substance, quality, and so forth. Here the reason has an inconclusiveness, because generality-particularity is also accepted as not being non-existent in substance, yet is not accepted as possessing existence. But since that is not mutually established, there is no inconclusiveness. Moreover, taking the challenged points collectively, the qualification of fallacies here should be understood as before. All subsequent qualifications of fallacies in the inferences are to be understood by analogy, and will not be pointed out repeatedly.
