述曰：彼計實等，現量所得，分明證故，如前徵詰尚非實有，牒前所非，況彼自許和合句義非現量得，不分明證，可是實有。

The Commentary states: They claim that substance and the rest are apprehended by direct perception because they are clearly verified; yet when examined as before, they are still not really existent—this restates the previous negation. How much less could the category of inherence, which they themselves accept as not apprehended by direct perception and not clearly verified, be really existent?
