述曰：更重破也。體既遍，而且是常，遍故何不於一切處，常故何不於一切時能生諸法，如彼現生處及時等。遍故，常故，即二因也。此中二量，前三為五。

The Commentary states: This is a further, compounded refutation. Since his substance is omnipresent and also eternal: because he is omnipresent, why would he not be able to produce all dharmas in all places; and because he is eternal, why not at all times, just like the places and times where he presently produces them? Being omnipresent and being eternal are the two reasons. Here there are two syllogisms, which together with the previous three make five.
