述曰：就破外道中。上來別破十三外道法訖。已下第二總攝為四種。於中有二。初總後別。此總舉訖。

The Commentary states: Regarding the refutation of non-Buddhists: The preceding text has concluded the individual refutations of the doctrines of the thirteen non-Buddhist schools. From here onward is the second part, subsuming them collectively under four kinds. Herein are two sections: first general, then specific. This concludes the general presentation.
