述曰：五也。《攝大乘》說，前四不散動因，令所治無散故。第五不散動成熟，令不散動得圓滿故。第六依此得如實覺，能於所緣正遍知故。言「佛法」者，謂十力等，修謂成辨。

The Commentary states: This is the fifth [reason]. The Mahāyānasaṃgraha states: the first four are the causes of non-distraction, ensuring that what is counteracted is without distraction. The fifth is the maturation of non-distraction, causing non-distraction to attain perfection. The sixth relies on this to attain awakening as it truly is, being able to correctly and completely know the objective cognitive support. The term "buddha-dharmas" refers to the ten powers and so forth; "cultivating" refers to accomplishing them.
