述曰：六也，《攝大乘》說，由施能攝受，由戒能不害不生惱，由忍雖遭苦能受，由勤助彼所作，由定心未定者令定，由惠已定者令解脫等。

The Commentary states: This is the sixth [reason]. The Mahāyānasaṃgraha states: by giving one can gather them in; by morality one can avoid harming or distressing them; by patience, even though suffering affliction, one can endure it; by diligence one assists what they undertake; by stabilization one causes those whose minds are not yet stabilized to become stabilized; by wisdom one causes those who are already stabilized to attain liberation, and so forth.
