述曰：彼經又說：若諸菩薩，親近善士，聽聞正法，如理作意為因緣故，轉劣意樂成勝意樂，亦得上界勝解，名力波羅蜜多。由此力故，於內心住有所堪能，故說力度為定度助。

The Commentary states: That sūtra further states: If bodhisattvas, taking associating with virtuous friends, listening to the correct Dharma, and proper attention as causal conditions, transform weak aspiration into superior aspiration and also obtain resolve for the higher realms, it is called the perfection of power. By this power, they become capable of resting in the inner mind; therefore it is said that the perfection of power assists the perfection of stabilization.
