述曰：戒攝前四，前三如次前說，以精進守護戒，故亦戒攝。餘文易知。四十九說：由前四資糧、自性、眷屬，守護修戒學也，由定故圓滿修心學，由惠故圓滿修惠學。同此也。

The Commentary states: Moral discipline subsumes the first four: the first three are as just explained; and because vigor guards moral discipline, it is also subsumed under moral discipline. The remaining text is easily understood. Fascicle forty-nine says: by means of the provisions, intrinsic nature, retinue, and guarding of the first four, one cultivates the training in moral discipline; through concentration, one perfectly cultivates the training in mind; through wisdom, one perfectly cultivates the training in wisdom. This is identical to that.
