述曰：此業能障第二地淨尸羅故，名趣毀責為名，如人惡趣。不可言能取趣名趣，不取惡果故。麁重如前，故不別解。餘論中言身等者，即是三業，此言邪行已攝盡故。

The Commentary states: Because this karma can obstruct the pure śīla of the second ground, it is named 'inclination' by way of condemnation, just as a person is called an 'evil inclination' [destiny]. It cannot be said that being able to grasp an inclination is called 'inclination', because it does not grasp an evil fruit. Coarse heavy baggage is as before, so it is not explained separately. When other treatises say 'body and so forth', this refers to the three karmas, because saying 'wrongful conduct' here has already subsumed them completely.
