10.244

述曰：以聞思與聞持相近故偏說之，非不障修惠，然從勝障故別分二，非一障體義說二障。此以上三地愚，七十八等並不同。

The Commentary states: Because hearing and thinking are close to retention through hearing, they are spoken of specifically, not that it does not obstruct cultivation-discernment. However, according to the predominant obstruction, they are distinguished into two; it is not that one obstruction's essence is nominally divided into two obstructions. Above, with regard to the ignorances of the three grounds, fascicle 78 and others are not identical.
