The Commentary states: In the 'active manifestation of subtle marks', grasping at arising is because the transmigration of conditioned factors has arising at its head; in reality, they all have cessation. Regarding sāsrava dharmas having arising, arising is provisionally mentioned, but it does not mean cessation is not grasped; this is grasping at the mark of transmigration. The 'delusion of purely intending to seek the markless' is grasping at cessation, which is grasping at the mark of cessation.
