述曰：下，即愚也。其文易了，准上配取。「微細祕密」者，所障微細亦祕密故。十地第十一、十二，〈菩薩地〉四十八等，說校量前地、後地功德多少，然十障諸論不同，略對明訖。

The Commentary states: Below is identifying the delusion. The text is readily understood and should be mapped according to the above. 'Subtle and secret' means that what is obstructed is subtle and also secret. Fascicles eleven and twelve of the Daśabhūmika, fascicle forty-eight of the Bodhisattvabhūmi, and so on discuss and evaluate the quantity of merits of the preceding and succeeding bhūmis; however, the ten obstacles differ among treatises, and they are now briefly compared and clarified.
