述曰：《攝大乘》說：即諸菩薩能趣證轉故。如來已轉，故彼不說。此六翻前，准前應悉。生死、涅槃俱無欣、厭者，大悲、般若常廣起故。具一切智等，名有勝堪能。

The Commentary states: The Mahāyānasaṃgraha states that it refers to the revolution [of the basis] that various bodhisattvas are able to approach and realize. The Tathāgata has already undergone the revolution, which is why it does not speak of him. These six are the inversions of the previous [six qualities of the two vehicles], and in accordance with the preceding [discussion] they should be understood. As for "neither joy nor aversion toward saṃsāra and nirvāṇa," it is because great compassion and prajñā constantly arise broadly. Possessing omniscience and so forth is called having superior capability.
