述曰：所作之成，成所作即智故，《佛地論》第七說。「變化三業」者，《瑜伽》第九十八說，不能化根、心。言「三業」者，似意業轉，如後當知名似心故。以上並是第一，出智體，以作用顯體故辨差別門。

The Commentary states: The accomplishment of what is to be done—the accomplishment of activities is itself the wisdom, as explained in the seventh fascicle of the Buddhabhūmi-śāstra. 'Transforming the three modes of action': the ninety-eighth fascicle of the Yogācārabhūmi states that it cannot transform sense faculties or minds. The phrase 'three modes of action' means revolving in resemblance to mental action; as will be known later, it is said to resemble the mind. The above is entirely the first [section], presenting the essential nature of the wisdoms, distinguishing their differences by showing their essence through their functions.
