述曰：此舉頌答。即於初地住、出心，後漸至究竟金剛道來，皆斷俱生法執種故，至無學位便證轉依。

The Commentary states: This cites the verse in reply. That is, from the abiding and emerging minds of the first ground, gradually proceeding to the ultimate diamond-like path, all sever the innate seeds of grasping at dharmas; therefore, upon reaching the stage of non-learning, they then realize the transformation of the basis.
