述曰：自下第三，明此十地能證二轉依，非已證得，要成佛方證故。此十地無間道斷障為因，解脫道方證於彼故。上來解五位中第四頌，雖有廣略不同，總是解十地修習位訖。

The Commentary states: Next is the third, clarifying that these ten bhūmis can realize the two transformations of the basis, but have not yet fully realized them, because they are only realized upon attaining Buddhahood. The unhindered path of these ten bhūmis serves as the cause by severing obstructions, and only the path of liberation fully realizes them. The above explains the fourth verse among the five stages; although differing in breadth and brevity, it concludes the overall explanation of the stage of cultivation of the ten bhūmis.
