述曰：此論主答。彼觀察智能觀諸法自相、共相。此成事智唯起化用，故二智別。
The Commentary states: Here the treatise master answers: That observing wisdom is able to contemplate the specific characteristics and universal characteristics of all phenomena, whereas this duty-fulfilling wisdom only gives rise to transformative functions; therefore the two wisdoms differ.
