述曰：以下會違，有二：初會第一師；二會第二師。會初師文，《集論》第三等說十五界唯有漏者，且依麁惡之境體、淺識智之境體說，或麁境體，淺是識用，即二乘等及十地菩薩之身。十五界唯有漏，非說一切凡、聖有情十五界等皆唯有漏。

The Commentary states: Reconciling contradictions follows below, in two parts: first, reconciling with the first master; second, reconciling with the second master. In reconciling with the text of the first master, when the third fascicle of the Abhidharmasamuccaya and other texts state that the fifteen elements are exclusively sāsrava, this is stated provisionally with reference to the entities of coarse, inferior objects and the entities of the objects of shallow consciousness and wisdom, or coarse objective entities where the function of consciousness is shallow—that is, the bodies of those of the two vehicles and bodhisattvas on the ten bhūmis. The fifteen elements are exclusively sāsrava [in their case], but it is not said that the fifteen elements and so forth of all ordinary beings and noble sentient beings are exclusively sāsrava.
