述曰：三結宗義。三師說中，此義為正。次解眾德有四：一、不思議；二、善；三、常；四、安樂。先解第二句。解不思議有三釋，《攝論》第九、世親等解，同無異見。

The Commentary states: Third is concluding the thesis. Among the three masters' explanations, this view is the correct one. Next, four manifold virtues are explained: first, inconceivable; second, virtuous; third, permanent; fourth, blissful. First, the second line [of the verse] is explained. There are three interpretations in explaining 'inconceivable'; the explanations by Vasubandhu and others in the ninth chapter of the Mahāyānasaṃgraha are identical and show no divergence of view.
