述曰：此為外難。四智心品既唯是善，《對法論》第四說八唯無記，謂五根、三境。如來豈無五根等也。

The Commentary states: This is an outside objection. Since the four wisdom mental categories are exclusively virtuous, Fascicle 4 of the Abhidharmasamuccaya states that eight are exclusively indeterminate, namely the five faculties and three objects. Could the Tathāgata lack the five faculties and so forth?
